In Norse mythology, Freyja is a goddess associated with love, 

beauty, fertility, gold, seiðr*, war, and death. 

A dís ("lady", plural dísir) is a ghost, spirit or deity associated with fate 

who can be both benevolent and antagonistic towards mortal people. 

The Vanir are a group of Germanic gods associated with fertility, 

wisdom and the ability to see the future.

Seid or seiðr is an Old Norse term for a type of sorcery or witchcraft.
